CONVENTION AGENDA

At the State Convention the Congressional District #8 caucus will choose 3 Delegates and 3 Alternate Delegates to attend the National Republican Convention on July 18-21 in Cleveland, Ohio; and will vote for a National Committeeman and Committeewoman who will serve Texas on the Republican National Committee (RNC). Congressional District #8 will have a total voting strength of 385.

The Senatorial District caucuses will vote on a State Chairman and State Vice-Chairman; and vote for a State Executive Committeeman and a State Executive Committeewoman for each of the 31 Senatorial Districts to serve on the State Republican Executive Committee (SREC).

Finally, the Convention will create its 2016-2017 Party Platform and Rules.
